I arrive at the agreed time — usually 8:00 or 8:30am. I set up in a designated section of the parking lot. For interior-only jobs I work out of the back of my car entirely; for full exterior details I need about two parking spaces of clearance.

Each vehicle takes roughly 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on service tier and how dirty the car is. A clean professional's vehicle going in for an Interior Reset is on the faster end. A pet-owner's SUV that hasn't been vacuumed in three months takes longer. I'm honest about timing from the start so the employee knows when to come back.

I document every vehicle with before and after photos. If something is already damaged — a scuff, a crack in the dash, a stain that won't come all the way out — I note it and photograph it before I start. No surprises, no disputes.
