Book this when the problem is inside the car and the outside is fine or you handle washing yourself. Kid mess, coffee in the cup holders, dog hair, a musty smell, film on the inside of the glass. It is an industrial vacuum and a compressed air blow-out of the seat rails, seams and vents, then chemistry matched to each surface (P&S Xpress Interior and Koch-Chemie MZR on plastics, vinyl and leather, Multi Star only where a surface is truly filthy), 212°F McCulloch steam on every surface, carpet and seat extraction, door jambs, and an interior protectant. Two to four hours. If you have leather, add Leather Protection & Conditioning. If you have a dog, add Pet Hair Removal. Both are $95.
This is the right call for most cars that have not been detailed in six months or more. It is the whole Interior Reset plus the exterior: wheels and tires first, a Koch-Chemie Multi Star pre-wash that breaks road film loose before a mitt touches the paint, a Quivr pH-neutral foam contact wash, and a coat of Koch-Chemie Protector Wax on every exterior surface. It does not include the clay stage. If your paint feels smooth when you run a hand over it after a wash, this is all you need. Four to five hours.
Pick this when the paint feels gritty, the car has never been decontaminated, or you are about to sell it and want it to look the part. It is everything in the package above, plus a clay stage on every panel before the wax goes down: P&S rinseless wash as the lubricant and an ultra-premium clay mitt pulling bonded iron, tar and industrial fallout out of the clear coat, then a rinse, then Protector Wax bonded to clean paint. This is the only package that includes paint decontamination. Five to seven hours, so it is usually my only job that day.
Outside only: wheels and tires, Multi Star pre-wash, Quivr foam contact wash, Protector Wax and tire dressing. Good for a car whose interior is already clean or that just came off an Interior Reset last month. This is the one service where Clay Bar & Iron Decon is available as a $95 add-on.
If you are torn between the Interior Reset and the Full Premier Detail: the $125 difference buys a hand wash, wheels, and four to six months of paint protection. If the car lives outside, take it.
If you are torn between the Full Premier Detail and the Signature: do the baggie test. Wash a panel, put your hand in a sandwich bag, and feel the paint. Rough means Signature. Smooth means Full Premier Detail.
Anything else, including engine bays, ozone odor treatment, stain removal, and trim restoration, is a flat $95 add-on to whichever package you choose. A child car seat deep clean is $50. The Full Premier Detail. It resets the whole interior, then pre-washes, foam washes and waxes the outside, so you see the full difference in one visit. Sedans are $350, SUVs and trucks $400.
