- Koch-Chemie Multi Star pre-wash The whole car is sprayed with Multi Star, a professional-strength pre-wash not sold at retail, and left to dwell so road film, bugs and grime break down before anything touches the paint. Then a heavy rinse knocks it all down and off.
- Quivr foam contact wash A premium wash mitt loaded with Quivr, an ultra-premium pH-neutral foam with very high lubricity, goes over every panel so the mitt glides instead of grinding grit into the clear coat. Heavy rinse again. If the paint still feels gritty under your hand after this, that is bonded contamination, and The Premier Signature ($500 sedan / $575 SUV) adds iron decon and a clay mitt on every panel to remove it.
- Koch-Chemie Protector Wax Applied to every exterior surface: paint, glass, trim, even the tires. Multi-month protection so road film, bugs and brake dust sit on top of the wax instead of bonding to your paint. Koch-Chemie Protector Wax is the protection step at the end of the exterior sequence. It goes on every exterior surface, paint, glass, trim and even the tires, and gives multi-month protection so road film, bugs and brake dust sit on top of the wax instead of bonding to the clear coat. Water beads and sheets off, the paint gets a deep gloss, and the car stays cleaner between details. It is not a ceramic coating. It applies in minutes and holds for months under normal Kansas conditions, far longer than a retail spray wax.
How long does a full detail take?
