An Interior Reset takes 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. A Full Premier Detail takes 4 to 5 hours. The Premier Signature takes 5 to 7 hours. Most of that time is the pre-wash dwelling, the steam working through seams, and the wax curing. None of it can be rushed without showing.
No. As long as your car is accessible and I can confirm payment when finished, you do not need to be home. Most clients book and let me work while they handle their day.
Yes. Pet hair removal is a specialty. I use purpose-built pet hair tools that are not sold in retail stores, working with the air compressor and vacuum to pull embedded dog hair, cat hair, and golden retriever fur out of seats and carpets. $95 add-on to any interior service.
Professional lines, not retail. Inside, every car gets an industrial vacuum, a compressed air blow-out of the seat rails and vents, then chemistry matched to the surface: P&S Xpress Interior Cleaner and Koch-Chemie MZR on plastics, vinyl and leather, and Koch-Chemie Multi Star only when a surface is filthy enough to need it. A McCulloch steamer at 212 degrees lifts what the cleaner loosened and sanitizes the fabric. Outside, the car sits under a Multi Star pre-wash before a Quivr pH-neutral foam contact wash, then Koch-Chemie Protector Wax goes on paint, glass, trim and tires for months of protection.
Two quick things. Grab any valuables or personal items you want kept safe, and empty the glove box, console, and door pockets if you want the inside of those compartments cleaned. Out of respect for your privacy, I never go through compartments that still have your items in them. I clean around them and leave your things exactly where they are.
I restore your car to the best condition professional detailing can achieve, and I am honest about the difference between dirt and damage. Cleaning removes dirt, grime, odors, and most stains. It cannot erase permanent wear like deep scratches, scuffed or gouged plastics, cracked leather, or sun fade. If something will not come out, I tell you on the spot instead of overpromising.
