Frequently Asked Questions
Do other detailers use the same products you do?
Most don't. I use commercial-grade P&S chemistry, McCulloch 212°F steam, RIDGID commercial vacuum, and Dark Fury wheel cleaner.
Do you detail through the winter?
Yes, down to about 25°F with heated tools. Below 25°F or active precipitation triggers a free reschedule.
What does a sedan interior cost?
Same rate as anywhere else: $225 sedan / $275 SUV-truck.
Why does an Interior Reset take a few hours?
Because a quick wash only rinses the surface. An Interior Reset includes a full vacuum, 212°F steam sanitation, and carpet and upholstery extraction, and proper dwell time cannot be rushed.
Do you cover the Mills Farm neighborhood?

What if my car is rougher than average?
Joe quotes upfront when he sees the car. If it's significantly rougher than you described, he'll tell you the adjusted price before starting.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is appreciated but never expected. Many customers tip $20-$100 for excellent service.
