What do you do if a stain won't come fully out?

I tell you before I start. After the initial assessment I'll flag anything that's unlikely to come completely clean, permanent dye stains, old biological contamination, discoloration from prior products. I'll show you what I can reasonably achieve and let you decide whether to proceed. No surprises and no charge for work that doesn't meet the standard you need.

Do I need anything from your lot?

Very little. My exterior wash is a rinseless wash applied with microfiber, so there is no runoff on the lot. I confirm parking and a couple of quick logistics when you book.

How do I set up a recurring detailing arrangement with Premier?
