What a Corporate Detailing Day Looks Like

I arrive at the agreed time, usually 8:00 or 8:30am. I set up in a designated section of the parking lot.

Each vehicle takes roughly 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on service tier and how dirty the car is. A clean professional's vehicle going in for an Interior Reset is on the faster end.

I document every vehicle with before and after photos. If something is already damaged, a scuff, a crack in the dash, a stain that won't come all the way out, I note it and photograph it before I start.

Pricing for Corporate Accounts

Standard pricing applies per vehicle. For events with five or more vehicles booked on the same day, contact me directly and I'll work out logistics that make sense.

  • Interior Reset: $225 (sedan) / $275 (SUV/truck)
  • Full Premier Detail (interior + exterior iron decon + clay bar + P&S Bead Maker): $325 (sedan) / $375 (SUV)
  • Engine Bay Add-On: $75 (requires advance notice)
  • Pet hair removal and leather conditioning included on Full Detail

Insurance and Credentials

Premier Detailing LLC is a registered Kansas LLC with EIN on file and $1,000,000 general liability insurance. I can provide a certificate of insurance to any property manager or HR department that needs it for parking lot access approval.

How does the employee sign-up process work?
After I agree on a date, your HR team sends an announcement to employees. Employees contact me directly to book a slot, either through my Square booking page or by texting 913-391-1868. I build the day's schedule and confirm with each employee. On the day, I work through the list in order. It's straightforward.
Do you need access to water or electricity at the parking lot?
No. My system is fully mobile. I use a professional rinseless wash method for exterior work, no hose, no drain, no electrical hookup required. The only thing I need is parking lot access and permission from property management. That's it.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for property approval?
Yes. Premier Detailing LLC carries $1,000,000 in liability insurance. I can provide a COI within 24 hours of request. Most office park property managers accept it via email with no issues.
What's the minimum number of vehicles for a corporate event?
There's no hard minimum. I've done corporate days with four vehicles and days with fifteen. For very small groups, individual scheduling through my normal booking page may actually be more efficient. Call or text 913-391-1868 and I'll tell you which approach makes more sense for your situation.
