Inside: industrial vacuum, then a compressed air blow-out that drives grit out of seat rails, seams and vents before a second vacuum. Chemistry matched to the surface: P&S Xpress Interior Cleaner and Koch-Chemie MZR on plastics, vinyl, leather and screens, Koch-Chemie Multi Star only where a surface is filthy enough to need it. Crevice picks and detailing brushes in the seams and vent slats, then the McCulloch steamer at 212°F lifts what the cleaner loosened and sanitizes fabric without soaking it. Fresh microfiber for every stage. Outside: wheels and tires first with TRX rubber cleaner and Wheely Clean wheel acid, then the whole car sits under a Multi Star pre-wash, a heavy rinse, a Quivr pH-neutral foam contact wash, another heavy rinse, and Koch-Chemie Protector Wax on paint, glass, trim and tires. After the pre-wash and foam contact wash, I go over every panel with an ultra-premium clay mitt, using P&S rinseless wash as the lubricant so the mitt glides instead of marring. The clay pulls the bonded brake dust iron, tar, sap and industrial fallout that washing leaves behind, then the car is rinsed and waxed. It's what makes rough paint feel like glass again, and it lets the Protector Wax bond to paint instead of grit. Included in The Premier Signature, or as a $95 add-on to the Exterior Detail. Every Full Premier Detail, Premier Signature and Exterior Detail is protected with Koch-Chemie Protector Wax, a multi-month wax that goes on paint, glass, trim and tires so road film, bugs and brake dust don't bond to the surface. True multi-year ceramic coatings require shop conditions and a 24-hour cure, not offered mobile. If you want a real ceramic coating, I'd refer you to a dedicated shop.

The high-lubricity foam contact wash keeps me from adding new swirl, and Protector Wax fills and hides light marks for a few months. Actual paint correction (cutting compound + machine polisher) requires shop conditions. I focus on maintenance-level work that keeps a vehicle in peak daily condition, not full restoration.

Yes, $95 add-on. Sensitive parts get covered, Dark Fury degreaser and other targeted degreasers break down the grime, a low-pressure rinse takes it off, then a seal coat on the plastics and hoses holds that new-engine look on an older car. No pressure wash on modern electronics.

Interior Reset: 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Full Premier Detail: 4 to 5 hours. The Premier Signature: 5 to 7 hours. Exterior Detail: 2 to 3 hours. The pre-wash has to dwell, the steam has to work through the seams, and the wax needs time to bond. I arrive 7-9 AM and finish same day.

Compressed air blows the crumbs out of the seat rails and seams, the right cleaner for each mess (protein, tannin, dye or grease) loosens it, and 212°F steam extraction pulls out ground-in snacks, dried juice, milk, crayon melts, almost anything. Family SUVs are one of the highest-volume categories I handle.

212°F steam sanitize kills the bacteria that causes most interior odors. Pet smell, smoke residue, food stench, usually lifts substantially. I don't spray masking fragrances, I remove the source.
