A heavy rinse, then a Quivr foam contact wash with a high-lubricity soap so the premium mitt glides instead of grinding grit into the clear coat. No spinning brushes, no recycled water. Then Koch-Chemie Protector Wax on paint, glass and trim, a multi-month wax that keeps brake dust and road film from bonding to the paint through a Kansas summer. If the paint feels gritty under your hand, the Signature adds iron decontamination and a clay mitt first; the iron step turns purple as it dissolves the brake dust bonded into the clear coat, and the wax then bonds to clean paint instead of grit.
