Terms of Service
I am Joe Young, the owner and sole operator of Premier Detailing LLC. These simple terms apply when you book a mobile car detail with me in Johnson County, Kansas. When you book, these are the terms you are agreeing to. No fine print, no gotchas.
The Service
I provide mobile car detailing. I come to your home or workplace anywhere in my Johnson County service area and perform the service you book, from an interior reset to a full premier detail.
Honest Results
My job is to get your vehicle to the best condition professional detailing can achieve. Detailing removes dirt, grime, odors, and most stains. It cannot remove permanent wear or damage such as deep scratches, scuffed or gouged plastics, cracked or worn leather, torn upholstery, or sun fade. If I see something that will not come out, I point it out before I start rather than overpromise.
Personal Items and Compartments
Out of respect for your privacy, I do not open or empty compartments that contain your personal items. If the glove box, center console, or door pockets have items in them, I clean around them and leave the contents untouched. If you want the inside of those compartments detailed, simply empty them before I arrive. Please also remove valuables from the vehicle before your appointment.
Add Ons
Some conditions take real extra time and product beyond a standard detail, so they are priced as add ons: pet hair removal, set in stain removal, leather conditioning, and engine bay detailing. If your vehicle needs one, select it when you book so your quote is accurate. If I find heavy pet hair, set in stains, or similar extras on site that were not part of the booking, I will show you, confirm the add on price with you, and only proceed with your OK.
What I Need On Site
A spot to park next to your vehicle with room to open the doors. For exterior services I use your outdoor water spigot, and my equipment may need a standard outdoor outlet. If any of that is a problem at your location, mention it when I confirm your booking and we will figure it out.
Booking and Scheduling
When you submit a request through my website I follow up to confirm the date, time, and a few quick details. A booking is set once I confirm it with you directly.
Pricing
My listed prices reflect a standard vehicle in normal condition. Conditions that take extra time, like pet hair, set in stains, leather conditioning, or an engine bay detail, are priced as add ons. If a vehicle is larger or needs heavier work than what was booked, I will tell you the price before I start so there are no surprises.
Payment
Payment is due when the detail is complete and you are happy with the result.
My Guarantee
I stand behind every detail. If something is not right, tell me and I will make it right.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, contact me as early as you can so I can offer the time to another customer.
