How I schedule Missouri-side and outer-ring jobs
I am one person and I take two details a day, maximum. That is the physical limit of doing the work right, and it shapes how I handle the metro.
Inside Johnson County I can be anywhere in twenty minutes, so those jobs get booked in the order they come in. Missouri-side and outer-ring jobs are different. A drive to Blue Springs or Platte City is unbilled time, and if I zigzag across the metro I spend the day on the highway instead of on cars. So I group by direction. The Missouri towns east of Kansas City get a standing day. Parkville, Platte City, and the towns north of the river get a standing day. Lawrence and the towns to the west get a standing day. When you text me from one of those areas I tell you the next date I am already headed your way, and I try to pair you with a second vehicle at the same address or in the same town.
What that means for you: book a few days out and you land on a day I am already in your direction. Two cars at one address is the easiest booking I take, because the drive is covered once and both details fit inside one day. If you need a specific date that is off the rotation, ask. I can usually make it work if the day is open.
Which services travel best
Every service on my menu runs off the same setup I use in a Lenexa driveway, so nothing is off the table because of distance. For a longer drive, the packages that make the most sense are the ones that cover the whole car in one trip.
Full Premier Detail ($350 sedan / $400 SUV / $450 XL). The full Interior Reset (industrial vacuum, compressed air blow-out, chemistry matched to each surface, 212°F McCulloch steam), then wheels and tires, a Koch-Chemie Multi Star pre-wash, a Quivr pH-neutral foam contact wash, and Koch-Chemie Protector Wax on every exterior surface. Four to five hours, so it is usually my only stop that day when the drive is long. This is the one I recommend most for a first visit outside Johnson County.
The Premier Signature ($500 / $575 / $650). Everything above plus a clay stage on every panel before the wax: P&S rinseless wash as the lubricant, an ultra-premium clay mitt pulling bonded iron, tar and fallout out of the paint. Five to seven hours. Worth the trip if the paint has never been decontaminated.
Interior Reset ($225 / $275 / $325). Two to four hours, so I can often pair two of these at the same address or in neighboring towns on one outer-ring day.
Exterior Detail ($195 / $225 / $255). Wheels and tires, pre-wash, foam contact wash and Protector Wax, without the interior. Two to three hours. Best as the second car on a two-car visit.

How far ahead should I book an outer-ring appointment?
A week is ideal. I only take two details a day, and the outer-ring days fill by direction, so booking a few days out lets me put you on the day I am already headed your way. Same-week is often possible if a slot in your direction is open.
